The INNOVAE Center for Entrepreneurial Business Architecture Podcast is the voice of CEBA’s continuing exploration of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs, enterprise creation, market development, growth, scale, and economic transformation. It provides a space to examine the ideas, discoveries, people, companies, books, ecosystems, and experiences that help us understand how entrepreneurs develop and how enterprises are conceived, created, built, and transformed. Each episode contributes to a larger intellectual journey: the continuing development of Entrepreneurial Business Architecture (EBA).

The podcast follows entrepreneurship where it actually happens. Episodes may explore the life and thinking of an influential entrepreneur, analyze the development of a company, investigate an entrepreneurial ecosystem, examine the discovery of an opportunity, study the creation of a market, discuss a research finding, or explore the capabilities required to build and grow an enterprise. Conversations can move from historical entrepreneurship to contemporary startups, established companies, technological transformation, global markets, and emerging entrepreneurial environments, connecting theory with the realities faced by people who create and develop businesses.

A central purpose of the podcast is to go behind entrepreneurial outcomes and understand the architecture that produces them. How do individuals become entrepreneurs? How are entrepreneurial capabilities developed? Where do opportunities come from? Why do some opportunities become viable enterprises while others disappear? How are customers and markets developed? What enables an organization to move from startup to sustainable growth and scale? And how do entrepreneurs, enterprises, institutions, and ecosystems interact to create broader economic and social value? These questions guide the conversations and investigations developed through the podcast.

The podcast also serves as an ongoing documentary record of the development of Entrepreneurial Business Architecture. Listeners can follow EBA as research generates new discoveries, existing assumptions are challenged, entrepreneurial cases are studied, and the architecture itself continues to evolve. The episodes presented below document that journey in real time, connecting research with entrepreneurial reality and exploring a central CEBA ambition: to understand entrepreneurship deeply enough to develop entrepreneurs capable of discovering opportunities, building enterprises, creating markets, generating prosperity, and contributing to economic and social transformation.
